  I picked my car up and all they told me was I need to have the dye put through it… the very reason I went there in the first place (and they tried to charge me). I left in disgust.

  After discussion with the Service Dept, I booked my car in to have a blue dye put through the Aircon as it was not working. I was advised that this is done on day 1 and a week later you bring it back to either be fixed or re-gassed.

  Sorry Frankston Toyota, I would like to be saying something nice about you but I can't, after being given the incorrect information 8 months ago I have wasted over $500 of my money. I believe for you to make it right was to credit half of it but you didn't. Now everyone will read this and take their car and money else where. Also the man working in the spare parts shop further up the road is very rude and needs to learn respectful customer service (he's not always right and needs to apologies for his mistake) and more about the products he sells. It's not the one that owns Billie the dog.

  Just don't deal with these clowns.. typical used car salesmen.. absolutely inflate the price on a the repair quoted to my wife.. just discusting behaviour.. women beware, they will take you for a ride.

  Mentone Toyota on the other hand, not only kept the car for only 1 day - putting blue dye thru in in the morning and fixed the Aircon in the arvo… but they gave me a courtesy car to boot... didn't even ask for it!
