  Thankyou to the hard working and professional team at Roof Resto. I called Roof Resto and with 24 hours I had a representative onsite. My roof was thoroughly checked and I was given a detailed explanation of all work that needed to be done. The price was good and I understood all that I was paying for. Once the work was complete I was one extremely satisfied customer.

  If their workmanship is anything like their customer service i wouldnt go anywhere near these guys. After being very abrupt and annoyed on the phone, they didn't even turn up for a quote after giving me a "between 9 and 12" estimated arrival. If they aren't interested in the job, just say so, don't waste my time!

  Dreadful experience. Called to arrange a quote, and the rep who eventually called me back was quite gruff and impatient on the phone; particularly when I indicated I had a 2 storey house so they would need to bring a large ladder. I ignored the lack of customer service displayed during the call and hoped things would be better on the day they arrived. They were 55 minutes late (I was informed that they would be 20 minutes to half an hour late, but not an hour). On that call I also discovered that the original guy was no longer coming (evidently had gone home), but that he was sending another guy. This guy finally showed up- but without a ladder. So he couldn't (or wouldn't) go up on the roof. Apparently he wasn't told it was a 2 storey residence by his colleague. He then proceeded to give me his 'diagnosis' of the problem from inside (assuming the problem was only my skylight) Complete and utter waste of my time. Very unprofessional, I would suggest you avoid. If they can't even communicate to bring the right ladder, I can only imagine the mistakes they would make in their workmanship. Hopeless.
